We are seeking a skilled and experienced Paid Media Buyer to join our dynamic advertising agency. As a Paid Media Buyer, you will plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns on the Meta (Facebook) and Google Ads platforms. Your expertise in digital advertising and deep understanding of Meta and Google Ads will be crucial in driving successful campaigns for our client.<ul><li>Campaign Strategy and Planning:</li><ul><li>Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop effective digital advertising strategies that align with client goals and objectives. </li><li>Conduct thorough research and analysis of target audiences, industry trends, and competitor activities to inform campaign planning. </li></ul><li>Campaign Execution and Optimization:</li><ul><li>Set up, launch, and monitor advertising campaigns on the Meta (Facebook) and Google Ads platforms. </li><li>Conduct ongoing campaign optimization, including audience targeting, ad creative testing, bid adjustments, and budget allocation. </li><li>Analyze campaign performance data and make data-driven decisions to maximize campaign effectiveness and ROI. </li><li>Monitor industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to stay up-to-date with the latest advertising strategies. </li></ul><li>Performance Tracking and Reporting:</li><ul><li>Generate regular reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. </li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of key performance metrics. </li><li>Conduct post-campaign analysis to assess the overall success and identify areas for future optimization. <br></li></ul></ul><strong>Requirements:<br></strong><ul><li>Possess at least 4 years of hands-on experience in successfully managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns, consistently surpassing client goals. </li><li>Experience managing multiple Google & Meta Ad accounts at once. </li><li>Strong understanding of digital advertising principles, strategies, and best practices. </li><li>In-depth knowledge of Meta (Facebook) Ads Manager and Google Ads interface, including campaign setup, targeting options, and optimization techniques. </li><li>Proficient in analyzing campaign performance metrics and using data to drive campaign optimization. </li><li>Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. </li><li>Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas and strategies to clients and internal teams. </li><li>Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.</li></ul>
