Paid Marketing / Performance Marketing Executive (Arabic Speaking)

<p>GymNation is the UAE’s leading gym chain, and we set the bar (very) high when it comes to every aspect of our business but especially our paid and performance marketing!</p><p><br></p><p>We are embarking on a rapid expansion across the region and are looking for a performance marketing superstar to join our team.</p><p><br></p><p>Experience of managing diverse budgets across multiple paid media channels, a willingness to learn new skills, to keep on top of all platform updates, and the ability to get stuck in across all areas of our marketing strategy and overall business are a must – If you have those attributes then apply now!</p><p><br></p><p>You will be involved with and own everything related to our paid marketing strategy, from campaign planning, management, ongoing optimization, and regular reporting across all our of owned and 3rd party paid marketing/media channels.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Drive efficient traffic/leads/conversion across all <span>key digital performance channels including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, TikTok, Snapchat, Twitter and more.</span></li><li>Identify and work with relevant 3rd party/affiliate network marketing platforms as required.</li><li>Create engaging and relevant ads to maximise spend efficiency.</li><li>Work with other marketing departments to ensure, content, messaging and creatives are all inline with company guidelines.</li><li>Ongoing reporting of KPIs and performance monitoring to identify issues and opportunities for growth. </li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>A creative/disruptive mindset</li><li>A passion for the gym and fitness</li><li>Motivated to achieve, learn and be part of a fast-paced but fun business</li><li>Excellent English and Arabic writing and communication skills</li><li>Prior paid marketing/performance media experience would be great, but we also like fast learners!</li></ul><p><br></p><p><span>If this sounds like you (or someone you know) then we want to hear from you so please apply now and our HR team will be in touch with shortlisted candidates.</span></p>
