Job Description
<strong>Exciting new opportunities for Occupational Therapists, Respiratory Therapists, Speech and Language Therapists and Senior Nurses (Rehabilitation, Critical Care and Paediatrics) in Al Ain, United Arab Emirates.</strong><p><br></p>Our client provides specialised level of medical care to adult and paediatric patients with chronic illness or disability, sub-acute, post-acute, or long-term care. Their medical facilities are managed by highly experienced physicians, therapists, and nurses using state-of-the-art medical equipment, set in a world-class hospitality environment. The facilities are accredited by JCI (Joint Commission International).<p><br></p>The services operate 24 hours daily with on site physician, nursing, and respiratory therapy coverage. The facilities have a full scope of rehabilitation services available six days a week.<p><br></p><strong>Speech and Language Therapist</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Speech Therapy B.Sc. or graduated in an accredited diploma program from Europe (not less than 3 years syllabus).</li><li>Valid, current licensure from own country</li><li>3+ years post graduate experience as a Speech & Language Therapist in a large hospital or rehabilitation setting</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Occupational Therapist</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Occupational Therapy B.Sc. or graduated in an accredited diploma program from Europe (not less than 3 years syllabus). </li><li>Valid, current licensure from own country</li><li>3+ years post graduate experience as a Occupational Therapist in a large hospital or rehabilitation setting</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Respiratory Therapist</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Respiratory Therapy B.Sc. or graduated in an accredited diploma program from Europe (not less than 3 years syllabus).</li><li>Valid, current licensure from own country</li><li>Not less than 3 years post graduate experience as a Speech & Language Therapist in a large hospital or rehabilitation setting</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Senior Registered Nurses (to be appointed as Charge Nurse or as Unit Managers) – Rehabilitation, Critical Care or Paediatrics.</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Graduate from School of Nursing from Europe (Not less than 3 years study duration from an accredited program).</li><li>Bachelor of Science degree in nursing and/or master’s in nursing / Health Services Management.</li><li>Maintains valid, current RN licensure from own country.</li><li>Training Experience in Rehabilitative Nursing, Critical care nursing or Paediatrics nursing practices.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Salary and benefits:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Salary will be based on experience.</li><li>Onboarding flight and end of service flight.</li><li>Two weeks hotel accommodation.</li><li>Yearly flight to home country.</li><li>30 days Calendar days or 22 working days paid annual leave per year (depending of the work schedule).</li><li>Comprehensive Medical Insurance for self and authorised dependents under employee sponsorship.</li><li>End of service bonus as per the UAE Labour Law.</li></ul><p><br></p>Working hours: 48 hours work/week (split between 5 working days) – 2 days off per week.<p><br></p>To find out more about the roles, please contact <strong>may.zeyrek@medacs.com</strong> or call +44 (0) 203 096 4633
