Purpose of the position: building a recruitment channel from Central and East AsiaΒ
YOUR TASKS:
1. Building a recruitment team focused on recruiting employees from Asia
2. Establishing cooperation with external partners and recruitment agencies
3. Responsibility for the legalization process necessary for candidates to obtain visas
4. Ensuring high-quality selection of candidates
5. Preparing qualitative information about job offers and living conditions in Poland and providing it to recruitment partners and candidates
6. Cooperation with consulates and visa centers
7. Implementation of agreed recruitment goals
Skills
1. Minimum 2 years of experience in recruiting foreigners, including recruiting employees from Asia
2. Minimum 1 year of team management experience
3. Knowledge of legalization procedures necessary in the process
4. A network of contacts and proven recruitment partners
5. Very good knowledge of the English language
6. Knowledge of Russian will be an advantage
7. Driving license category B
8. High level of responsibility
