– Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring consistent high-quality dishes, efficient inventory control, and strict hygiene standards.
– Create diverse and innovative menus for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, incorporating local and seasonal ingredients.
– Lead and mentor a talented kitchen staff, promoting a collaborative and positive work environment.
– Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
– Implement cost-effective measures while maintaining exceptional food quality to maximize profitability.
