Job Description:
- Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring consistent high-quality dishes, efficient inventory control, and strict hygiene standards.
- Create diverse and innovative menus for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, incorporating local and seasonal ingredients.
- Lead and mentor a talented kitchen staff, promoting a collaborative and positive work environment.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
- Implement cost-effective measures while maintaining exceptional food quality to maximize profitability.
Skills
Qualifications:
- Open to South African nationals
- Male, 45 years old and below
- At least 5 years UAE experience in the same role
- Must have good experience in international cuisine
- Immediate joiners will be prioritized
