<p>ONLY FOR CANDIDATES WHO HAS THE EXPERIENCE IN THE SAME FIELD </p><p><br></p><p>Key Accountabilities: </p><ul><li>Meet and greet clients in the showroom, understand their needs, make presentations and advise them on products and solutions suiting their needs.</li><li><span>Prepare the quotations according to the clients’ needs and specifications, send them to the clients and negotiate and follow-up with them till closing the deal.</span></li><li><span>Contact with major designers, consultants, and developers to build a professional network.</span></li><li><span>Closely working with all stakeholders in the project cycle such as developer, operator, interior designer, consultant, and contractor to successfully achieve sales and project positive brand perceptions.</span></li><li><span>Building and sustaining long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers based within an assigned sales territory </span><span>Managing and actively involved in marketing events.</span></li><li><span>Maintaining the daily activity and follow up reports on all visits and ongoing projects.</span></li><li><span>Contacting prospective customers and discuss their requirements.</span></li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li><span>2-5 years of experience in building materials focusing on tiles and sanitary ware products.</span></li><li><span>Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.</span></li><li><span>Proficiency in MS Office.</span></li><li><span>Demonstrate strong attention to details and accuracy.</span></li><li><span>Ability to work within established brand guidelines.</span></li><li><span>Well organized, analytical and self-motivated.</span></li><li><span>Ability to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines.</span></li><li><span>Outdoor sales should hold valid UAE driving license. </span></li></ul>
