<p><strong><em><u>Scope:</u></em></strong></p><p><br></p><p>To provide onsite operations support services on Rotational shifts for Flow-One system to one of our Customers in Egypt.</p><p>• Supplier is to provide fully trained and knowledgeable Engineers in Nokia Flow-One system.</p><p>• Support daily operational tasks on Flow-One System. Level 1 / Level 2 tasks (maintenance activities)</p><p>• Resolve issues as generated by alarms, logs and customer complains</p><p>• Provide local support in terms of configuration, implementation and validation of Flow-One system</p><p>• Preproduction test for changes and upgrades in the test environment</p><p>• Maintain operational customer related info (IPs, login credentials, …etc)</p><p>• Generate Reports (daily / weekly / monthly)</p><p>• Data backup (process &amp; location)</p><p>• Logs (types &amp; storage location)</p><p>• Monitoring activities</p>
