Job Description

The Organizational Development Senior Manager will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of strategies, initiatives, and programs aimed at optimizing the performance of the program. This role will partner with senior leaders to design and implement talent management, leadership development, employee engagement, and change management programs to support program’s growth and development. Provide technical direction for part of a project or discipline, and provides advice and counsel related to the subject areas. This role may provide resource management to complex projects or technical issues.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Expected to act as a consultant and an equal partner in strategic planning and decision making with assigned business group, regional functional management team or others that impact the business group
  • Ensure Development programs are in alignment with corporate policies and guidelines where required
  • Gather and report on feedback from staff on Development programs and services
  • Implement the L&D strategy at the local level by utilizing the global L&D strategy, framework, best practices and branding
  • Develop and execute organization-wide talent management strategies, including leadership development, succession planning, career pathing, and performance management
  • Create and implement change management plans to support organizational change initiatives
  • Partner with HR Business Partners to design and implement employee engagement programs to drive a high-performance culture
  • Leverage data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of programs and initiatives and provide insights to leaders
  • Partner with senior leaders and HR Business Partners to develop and execute diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies and initiatives
  • Lead cross-functional projects and teams to drive organizational effectiveness and change
  • Champion the culture of continuous improvement across program working with all delivery teams to ensure relevant lessons learned and insights are actively shared to improve efficiency, reduce risk, and add value
  • Develop and deliver a maturity assessment approach that periodically reviews the strengths and weaknesses of the program organization in order to identify organizational development priorities and to inform improvement programmes
