Job Description
The Organizational Development Executive is responsible for successfully designing, developing, and implementing organizational development programs in support of increasing organizational effectiveness. The OD Executive will play a key role in defining, implementing, and evaluating the organizational development solutions that support strategies for the effective utilization of human capital, including programs covering performance management, and change management in support of business initiatives. <p><br></p><ul><li>Lead the continuous improvement of organizational performance by designing and implementation of the Performance Management Program and ensuring proper performance monitoring across the Company.</li><li>Identify areas of performance management and coordinate with concerned departments to assess and improve these accordingly.</li><li>Actively help with the development and implementation of organizational development initiatives to improve organizational efficiency through reviewing of Manpower Planning.</li><li>Partner with Human Resources and business leaders to facilitate organizational change, develop critical organizational capabilities and enhance the organizational performance.</li><li>Design, implement and facilitate scalable programs in alignment with management strategies for the development and administration of Career Path Planning, and Succession Plans.</li><li>Identify data collection tools, data sources, benchmarks, and performance targets. Develop methods for data file formatting, data analysis methodologies, and management reporting.</li><li>Evaluate and measure effectiveness of programs and create executive summaries/ overviews to brief management team.<br></li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Skills</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>5 years’ experience in Organizational Development</li><li>Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field</li><li>Excellent Microsoft Applications skills</li><li>Strong Communication Skills<br></li></ul>
