<strong>Overview</strong><p><br></p>This role will provide organizational change enablement leadership and execution for the Global IT Change Enablement Centre [CEC]. The key objective of this role is to lead the development and execution of the change enablement strategy, plan and roadmap for<p><br></p>key Global IT initiatives while supporting the continued establishment of the Change Enablement Centre. This leader will also provide coaching and development of junior, inexperienced CEC Change Leaders in this newly established organization.<p><br></p><strong>Responsibilities</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Provide organizational change enablement expertise to IT programs. Demonstrate what effective change enablement looks like to prove its value; changing organizational culture for change to be viewed as an integral part of project implementations.</li><li>Apply the ‘fit for purpose’ change enablement approach, tools and templates.</li><li>Track change enablement metrics and reporting, measure scope, activities, progress, risks and successes of change enablement work.</li><li>Help define the metrics of success for change enablement; measure and show change enablement results, successes via adoption scorecards, etc.</li><li>Significantly contribute to the integrated change enablement strategy for key strategic IT programs – example: Cloud, Internal IT organizational change.</li><li>Align the change enablement approach across the IT initiatives to ensure consistency in change enablement work.</li><li>Engage key IT leaders and stakeholders to raise awareness of change enablement, the CEC & any future governance process for support.</li><li>Lead and develop change enablement team members.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Qualifications</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>7-10 years organizational change management experience.</li><li>Have experience with various Organizational Change Management (OCM) methodologies (e.g. Prosci ADKAR, 7S, Kotter), and application with a recommended and proven set of successful tools and templates.</li><li>A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process.</li><li>Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.</li><li>Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.</li><li>Problem solving and root-cause identification skills.</li><li>Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges.</li><li>Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle.</li><li>Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts.</li><li>Change management certification or designation desired.</li><li>Experience in establishing adoption scorecards and metrics of success.</li><li>Understands the concepts around building change capability.</li><li>Big picture expertise and ability to think strategically and convey leadership messages effectively while influencing and building global relationships at all levels</li><li>Adept at learning business, creating internal Technical Skills partnerships and recommending strategies that fit.</li><li>Demonstrates active listening skills.</li><li>Ability to work and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.</li><li>Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.</li><li>Executive maturity.</li><li>Fosters an environment of collaboration and innovation.</li><li>Demonstrates sensitivity and awareness of crossΒ cultural implications.</li><li>Fosters a positive and inclusive work environment where all people feel respected and valued for their contributions.</li><li>Ability to succeed in virtual communities.</li></ul>
