Our vision is to power PepsiCo with the best talent and technology in the world.<p><br></p>We are looking for a Change Enablement Lead who will play a key role in ensuring IT’s transformational programs and initiatives meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption of the new solutions. S/he focuses on the people side of change – including changes to organizational structure, business processes, systems and technology, and job roles.<p><br></p><strong>Responsibilities</strong><ul><li>Apply a structured methodology and lead change enablement activities.</li><li>Complete change enablement assessments: complexity, readiness, and stakeholder impact</li><li>Co-create change enablement strategy with project teams:</li><ul><li>Identify, analyse and prepare risk mitigation tactics</li><li>Identify and manage barriers to adoption</li></ul><li>Create actionable deliverables: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, training plan, engagement plan and pulse checks.</li><li>Support communication efforts and training efforts.</li><li>Support organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities.</li><li>Define and measure success criteria and monitor change progress.</li><li>Support change enablement at the organizational level.</li><li>Manage the portfolio and change load.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Qualifications</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelors Degree.</li><li>5+ years of relevant Organizational change management experience.</li><li>Have experience and/or exposure to various Organizational Change Management (OCM) methodologies (e.g. Prosci ADKAR, 7S, Kotter).</li><li>A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process.</li><li>Change and/or project management experience on change projects is desired.</li><li>Adept at learning the business and creating internal partnerships and recommending strategies that fit the culture and business needs.</li><li>High level of written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to work and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.</li><li>Demonstrates sensitivity and awareness of cross-cultural implications.</li><li>Ability to succeed in virtual communities.</li></ul>
