<p><strong>About Gathern: </strong></p><p>Gathern is a company developing a peer-to-peer (P2P) vacation rental marketplace. Its solution allows users to rent a villa, apartment, farm, caravan, room, chalet, camp, or yacht, among other options, directly from an individual owner while the owners have the ability to list their properties for rent through the website and application without having to obtain an individual rental license.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Purpose:</strong></p><p>An Organization Development Manager contributes to the design and delivery of people and organizational development strategies and the management of change in support of the organization’s strategic and operational plans, providing information, advice, and services as required. also, will be responsible for developing programs to build human capital and strong employee development culture. Facilitates the development and implementation of employee performance measurement to gauge the success of programs and identify areas for improvement. </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Accountabilities:</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Organizational Development:</strong></p><ul><li>Develop organizational design and development strategies based on company goals.</li><li>Implement development tools to meet long and short-term business goals.</li><li>Analyze the current business processes and provide recommendations to boost performance. </li><li>Develop continuous process improvements to enhance organizational effectiveness.</li><li>Design and deliver OD and change management strategies, and processes that support the business objectives to be a high-performing organization.</li><li>Develop and implement performance management framework, policies, and processes to enhance employee performance as per the company’s objectives.</li><li>Explain to employees the methodology of current or upcoming performance practices thoroughly and professionally and follow up with them to ensure organization-wide understanding.</li><li>Maintain proper records of performance reviews and ensure sensitive information is securely stored. </li><li>Monitor and review the performance management system and its related communications efforts by analyzing data and feedback and developing continuous improvement actions.</li><li>Collaborate with the internal communications team to ensure efficient processes for communication to improve employee engagement. </li><li>Design and implement orientation programs for the new employees to help them adjust to their work environment. </li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Learning &amp; Development</strong></p><ul><li>Evaluate individual and organizational development needs. </li><li>Develop and implement learning strategies and programs. </li><li>Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other training. </li><li>Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities.</li><li>Help managers develop their team members through career pathing.</li><li>Track budgets and negotiate contracts. </li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Total Reward </strong></p><ul><li>Collaborate with management to support the design and administration of total rewards Programs.</li><li>Conduct salary analysis of all new and existing roles within the organization and maintain a framework.</li><li>Play a key role in creating and implementing a total rewards strategy for the organization and ensuring governance and compliance.</li><li>Manage all documentation, communication, and presentations of Compensation &amp; Benefits practices and policies.</li><li>Consistently analyze internal and external market data and provide recommendations for total rewards.</li><li>Consistently review the total rewards plan to ensure it aligns with Gathern business objectives. </li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications, Experience, &amp; Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar field.</li><li>A professional certification is a plus (SHRM/CIPD). </li><li>A Minimum of 10 years total experience, 5 years in a senior OD role. </li><li>Track record in delivering successful OD initiatives and supporting major organizational change; influencing, building, and sustaining relationships in order to achieve results.</li><li>Strong written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills.</li><li>Strong coaching/mentoring skills..</li><li>High Proficiency in Microsoft Office. </li><li>Excellent influencing and interpersonal skills with people at all levels, internally and externally. </li><li>Numeracy and ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative data.</li></ul>
