What you will be doing:

– Assist customers with menu selection, recommendations, and take accurate food orders
– Know all menus and ongoing promotions in the outlet
– Punch food and beverage orders on to the point of sale system like Micros POS
– Organize guest pickups on completion of meals in a timely manner
– Assist the manager to achieve high scores on guest satisfaction surveys, recognize repeat guests and follow standard procedures
