Job Description

<ul><li>Initiate PO process by requesting Proforma Invoice from the vendor, create PO in SAP after reconciling</li><li>Follow up internally to get PO fully released in the system.</li><li>Communicating released PO details with the vendor and getting acknowledged with initial readiness details.</li><li>Follow up to finalize payment term requirements (LCs, Advance etc.)</li><li>Follow up with the vendor until getting the readiness to arrange shipment</li><li>Nominating Freight forwarder for the shipment after analyzing tendering process</li><li>Pre-Shipment follow-ups with vendors and forwarders to ensure shipment processes are managed properly.</li><li>Creating Shipments in SAP System – Inbound Creation, Shipment Creation, Cost Creation.</li><li>SABER document process for KSA Shipments</li><li>Post-Shipment follow-ups with the vendor and forwarders to collect original shipment documents on time for customs clearance</li><li>Tracking Shipment and updating events in the SAP system (ETD/ETA/ATP etc.)</li><li>Settling Shipment discrepancy (Excess/ Shortage)</li><li>Settling commercial invoice variance</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in business, industrial engineering, supply chain, or related field required</li><li><strong>Freight Management experience is a must. </strong></li><li>High Communication skills</li><li>Follows directions and procedures.</li><li>Focuses on results and achieving personal work objectives. Works best when work is related closely to results and the impact of personal efforts is obvious.</li><li>Outstanding Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills</li><li>SAP knowledge background</li></ul>
