As an Oral Surgeon with implantology specialization, you will play a crucial role in providing</p><p>comprehensive oral surgical care, particularly in the area of dental implant placement and related procedures.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><em>Responsibilities:</em></strong></p><p>1. Perform thorough patient evaluations and assessments to determine the need for oral surgical procedures, with</p><p>a focus on dental implant placement and related treatments.</p><p>2. Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs, ensuring optimal outcomes and</p><p>patient satisfaction.</p><p>3. Perform surgical procedures, including dental implant placement, bone grafting, sinus lifts, and soft tissue</p><p>management.</p><p>4. Collaborate with other dental specialists, such as prosthodontists and periodontists, to coordinate</p><p>multidisciplinary treatment plans for complex cases.</p><p>5. Stay updated on the latest advancements, techniques, and research in the field of oral surgery and</p><p>implantology, incorporating evidence-based practices into treatment protocols.</p><p>6. Educate patients on the benefits, risks, and alternative options related to oral surgical procedures, ensuring</p><p>informed consent.</p><p>7. Provide post-operative care and follow-up to monitor healing progress and manage any complications that may</p><p>arise.</p><p>8. Maintain accurate and thorough patient records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and radiographic</p><p>images.</p><p>9. Adhere to ethical, legal, and professional standards, demonstrating integrity and professionalism in all</p><p>interactions with patients and colleagues.</p><p>10. Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a seamless patient experience and deliver high-quality care in a</p><p>compassionate and empathetic manner.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><em>Requirements:</em></strong></p><p>1. Degree in Dentistry from an accredited dental school.</p><p>2. Completion of an accredited Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency program.</p><p>3. Board certification or eligibility in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.</p><p>4. Proven experience and proficiency in dental implantology, with a track record of successful implant placements</p><p>and related procedures.</p><p>5. Strong knowledge of oral and maxillofacial anatomy, pathology, and pharmacology.</p><p>6. Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.</p><p>7. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate with patients, colleagues,</p><p>and support staff.</p><p>8. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.</p><p>9.
