Desired Candidate Profile

·The candidate must have good Siebel Application Development Experience

·Siebel Configuration Scripting Workflows, EAI areas 3 to 5 years

·Preferably in the telecom domain.

·Good experience in Telco Implementation with Oracle 8.1.1.9 Siebel CRM. IP Series 20.x onwards.,

·Good knowledge of Product configuration, Pricing etc.,

·Good understanding of RODOD stack. (SIEBEL, BRM, AIA, OSM, ASAP, UIM, ) preferred.

·Experience in deploying Siebel in different environments

·Test, SIT, UAT, PRE-PROD, PRODUCTION, etc.

·Experience in production support & troubleshooting.

·Siebel Order Management experience Oracle RODOD stack.

·Siebel integration (EAI) experience.

·Siebel components configuration experience + integration setup.

·Siebel Product and Pricing experience.

·Siebel EIM experience.

·Good hands-on experience in Production Troubleshooting with the Telco domain.

·Good communication skills, written and oral.

Job Description

The individual must be hands-on and will be responsible for working closely with all the various business users within business including Sales, Implementations and Operations. He/ She will be responsible in understanding the business processes and upcoming business initiatives and develop technology solutions that align with the business goals and help streamline the business processes globally. 

The individual is expected to engage in complete development lifecycle for the project and expected to code in Oracle Siebel Tool / Business Service / Workflow technologies to deliver necessary solutions to the business users. Successful candidate will adhere to design and development standards to produce high quality software. He/ She will be expected to working very closely with global teams to delegate certain developmental tasks and monitor the progress and quality of the deliverables. The individual is expected to engage in production support of the day to day flow as well as routine upkeep of the technology platform. In these tasks he/she is expected to interact with several internal technology teams. 

Job Skills / Qualifications: 

Essential Skills: 

·8+ years of strong software development experience 

·5+ Years of extensive experience in Oracle Siebel CRM 

·Siebel OPEN UI Framework knowledge and experience with custom PM/PR development 

·Extensive experience with Siebel CRM tools/ Business Service / Configuration/Scripting/Workflow/Web Service Integration technologies 

·Hands on experience in JavaScript, JQuery, HTML and Siebel Web Templates 

·At least worked in 2 large implementation with extensive experience in Siebel development 

·Excellent functional, analytical, interpersonal and communication skills 

·Lead and facilitate design sessions and code walk-through 

·Lead the team to deliver defined requirements.

·Translate high-level requirements into detailed designs 

·Strong technical background in systems architecture, database design, and system interfaces 

Technical Skills: 

·Enterprise Application: Siebel Industrial Application 8.1.1.X, Open UI Framework

·Experience in Oracle RODOD stack (SIEBEL, BRM, AIA, OSM, ASAP, UIM)

·Knowledge in HTML/DHTML, JavaScript 

·Knowledge in XML, Web Services SOAP 

·Knowledge in Oracle 11g/12c PL/SQL 

·Experience in Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOA/OOD) 

Desirable Skills: 

·Experience working with global team 

·Good Knowledge of Telecommunication services industry
