Oracle OSM (Order and Service Management) Lead – Riyadh

Job Description

In line with the relevant policy and requirements of the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, preference will be given to Saudi nationals who apply for this role.

Experience level:

·Must have working experience in OSM Development

Responsibilities:

·Implementation experience using O2A PIP, RODOD/RSDOD, OSM O2A PIP extension, Cartridge versionsInvolved in the installation of the OSM

·Worked on integrated lab setup (OSS/BSS) using OSM 7.3.x (PIP 2.1.0), AIA

·Enhancement of existing functionalities in OSM

·Worked on CFS, the RFS configurations model

Mandatory Skills:

·Hands-on experience in

ohandling deployment and support

oCustomization of the OOTB cartridges using OSM 7.3.x

odeveloping and maintaining OSM cartridges using O2A PIP 2.1.0 or later

oexperience in Automation Plugin development using XQuery & Java

·Experience in AIA integrations are added advantage

·Good understanding of PSR Model, Order Transformation, Calculate Service Order is added advantage

·Hands-on experience in

·handling deployment and support

·Educational Qualifications: BE/BTech/MCA/MTech in any of this branch – Computer Science, Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications

·Strong knowledge of Communications and OSS domain.

·Strong knowledge of Network domain such as Wireless, Cable, DSL, VoIP.

·Strong knowledge of OSS Fulfillment, Activation COTS applications, their purpose and use in telecom operators.

·Experience with OSS Products across Inventory / Order management / Activation / Provisioning applications

·Preferably on Oracle Communications Products: UIM-7.3.X, NI-7.1.X, MSS-6.3, OSM-7.4.X

·Experience in working with Network Management, Resource Management, Service Management layer.

·Experience of inventory data migration across

·Experience of Automation SDLC to perform code build, Test and deployment using CI tools such as Jenkins, Bamboo etc.

·Strong Technical skills in technologies like

·C, Java, Linux,

·Scripting language – Java Script, Python, Shell/Perl,

·XML Technologies (XSD, XML, XQuery).Web-Services ; SOAP/HTTP/REST

·WebLogic Server Administration,

·Oracle Database, PL/SQL , JDBC Controls, ETL tools

·Awareness of TMF/eTOM & SID Data Model

·Cloud Concepts , DevOps Tools

·Good to have if Knowledge in Oracle Communications RODOD /RSDOD / SNO solution and Service and Network Orchestration Fulfillment Solution SNO

·Effective customer interfacing and inter-personal skills

·Strong communication skills to deal with internal stakeholders, customers, and partners
