Job Description

<p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p><ul><li>Oversee the administration and support of all Oracle cloud integration technologies and custom developed integration technologies.</li><li>Identify opportunities to improve performance integration functionality and resilience</li><li>Work with Servco business unit Oracle analysts to ensure the successful and timely implementation of all Oracle functionality enhancements, upgrades, and patches. This includes assisting in all required regression testing.</li><li>Work with users and vendors to identify functional and technical gaps, create work estimates, oversees integration designs and custom solutions to fulfil business unit requirements.</li><li>Identify bugs and create and track all related Oracle Service Requests (SR) to resolution.</li><li>Ensure Oracle support vendors meet all contractual requirements, including service level agreements and deliverables.</li><li>Ensure a high level of customer service in support of business operations.</li><li>Maintain proficiency in Oracle technical expertise through all means of training available.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>REQUIREMENTS:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Management systems, any relevant discipline</li><li>6+ years of experience, at least 2 years of experience in Oracle Integration Cloud platform</li><li>Proven experience in total software development, architecture, Web Services (SOAP &amp; REST using XML/JSON Payloads), and solution design experience.</li><li>Expertise in Oracle Cloud Integration Platform (Application Integration, Process, Visual Builder, and/or Insight Analytics), Oracle BPM Suite, Oracle SOA, and/ or Oracle SaaS/ ERP application integration, Oracle Service Bus (OSB), BPEL, BAM).</li><li>Excellent understanding of Authentication and Authorization solutions inherent in SaaS (HCM, ERP and CX).</li><li>Effective communication skills.</li><li>Strong in English.</li><li>Critical thinking and attention to details.</li></ul>
