– Implement products and services in line with the company’s strategic products.
– Translate customer requirements into deliverable products and services.
– Represent the company professionally to clients, partners and other third parties.
– Proactively maintain knowledge of the company’s current and future products/solutions offerings.
– Solve any technical development issues and problems.
– Define technical specifications for custom extensions.
– Develop and conduct quality deliverables (technical design and setup documentation).
– Conduct technical training to customer’s key-users.
– Perform skill development activities as needed.
