<p><strong>JOB PURPOSE</strong></p><p><strong> </strong></p><p>Responsible for the eye test room, performing eye tests and prescription writing, and partaking in sales activities in order to achieve store sales targets while providing world-class customer services in accordance with MAGRABi values, in order to increase the profitability of the company and promote customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE</strong></p><p><strong> </strong></p><ul><li>A degree in Optometry recognized by the Qatar Ministry of Health is a must.</li><li>2-4 years of work experience, Retail is a plus</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>JOB RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><p><strong> </strong></p><ul><li>Understand the customer history prior to conducting the eye tests to fully understand the individual cases and support effective resolutions of the health issues by referring complex cases to MAGRABi hospitals.</li><li>Responsible for conducting the eye test procedures as per Magrabi standards to customers to ensure providing an accurate and precise prescription.</li><li>Attend to customers who visit the store, understand their requirements, and explain the different solutions to provide them with more information about MAGRABi products and services and thereby support the achievement of customer satisfaction and sales revenues.</li><li>Carry out a timely update of records with customer data in accordance with defined procedures to facilitate the maintenance of records for future reference.</li><li>Carry out fitting and checking prescribed lenses in order to correct vision defects offering advice and reassurance about vision-related matters and helping clients in choosing frames and lenses to provide the best fitting solutions.</li><li>Liaise with sales representatives and vision care product suppliers to provide insight into the technical specifications of products, in line with market trends and current and future client requirements to facilitate obtaining the best services for MAGRABi.</li></ul><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>COMPETENCIES</strong></p><ul><li>Collaborating with others</li><li>Customer Service Orientation</li><li>Initiative & Achievement Orientation</li><li>Flexibility</li></ul>
