Job Description
<p>We are looking for an <strong>Optical Sales</strong> to provide quality personal service while satisfying the needs of For Eyes customers through the sale and dispensing of eyeglasses, non-prescription sunglasses, contact lenses and accessories; uphold Company’s standards of excellence in customer service.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities: </strong></p><p><span>· Greeting customers at the door as they enter the shop.</span></p><p><span>· Helping customers select the correct frame for their lenses.</span></p><p><span>· Measuring the frames and ensure they fit perfectly.</span></p><p><span>· Ordering prescription glasses and contact lenses in for the customer.</span></p><p><span>· Making follow up appointments for customers.</span></p><p><span>· Making adjustments to the frames when the customer collects their glasses.</span></p><p><span>· Carrying out pre-screening tests such as retinal imaging and pressure and visual field testing.</span></p><p><span>· Explaining offers and products to customers.</span></p><p><span>· Taking payments from customers.</span></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong><span> </span></p><p><span>1. High school diploma or equivalent.</span></p><p><span>2. Some retail sales and/or customer service work experience</span></p><p><span>4. Present professional image</span></p><p><span>5. Possess excellent oral and written communication skills</span></p><p><span>6. Able to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends</span></p><p><span>7. Occasionally able to travel and work in different store locations in District</span></p><p><span>8.
