The successful candidate will have a Ph.D. or master’s degree in Optics Techniques or a related field and will be responsible for teaching, research, and academic support activities within the department. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the development and advancement of optics education and research.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>1. Teaching and Course Development:</strong></p><p>· Delivering lectures, seminars, and laboratory sessions in the field of Optics Techniques.</p><p>· Developing course materials, including syllabi, lecture notes, assignments, and assessments.</p><p>· Utilizing innovative teaching methods and technologies to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.</p><p>· Providing guidance and mentoring to students, including advising on academic and career-related matters.</p><p><strong>2. Research and Scholarly Activities:</strong></p><ul><li>Conducting independent and collaborative research in Optics Techniques and publishing research findings in reputable academic journals.</li><li>Seeking external research grants and funding to support research activities.</li><li>Supervising undergraduate and postgraduate research projects.</li><li>Participating in academic conferences, workshops, and seminars to disseminate research findings and stay updated with the latest developments in the field.</li></ul><p><span> </span></p><p><strong>3.
