<strong>Role Responsibility</strong><p><br></p><strong>Operations Technical Risk Specialist</strong><p><br></p><strong>Up to £38,000.00 per annum</strong><p><br></p><strong>Full time, 40 hours per week (Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:30pm)</strong><p><br></p><strong>Remote Working</strong><p><br></p><strong>Car Allocation</strong><p><br></p><strong>G4S are currently looking for a PTS (Patient Transport Service) Operations Technical Risk Specialist who will play a key role in the success of the business. </strong><p><br></p><strong>You will provide effective leadership and manage any operational issues that are inconsistent with what would be considered the normal course of action; assisting (on site if required) with the development of a dynamic risk assessment to overcome the issue by actively supporting front line staff, travelling to destinations as required, in the development of dynamic risk assessments and to resolve operational issues. </strong><p><br></p><strong>Your strategy for developing dynamic risk assessments will enable the business to effectively prosecute the new revenue stream for chargeable home assessments. From a technical perspective, you will own the home assessments process, and liaise with Finance at month end to ensure home assessment biled to the customer reconcile to those completed</strong><p><br></p><strong>You will develop a framework for managing operational issues providing guidance and training to upskill the operation to be able to better deal with them should they reoccur. </strong><p><br></p><strong>Represent G4S where needed. Engage with clients, stakeholders and third parties as required and develop key relationships across the PTS business.</strong><p><br></p><strong>You will be contactable out-of-hours should the need arise, within reasonable sociable hours.</strong><p><br></p><strong>What’s Involved</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Develop a library of case studies that include the action taken and dynamic risk assessment put in place. Retrospectively, you will hold a lessons learnt briefing, including key stakeholders (internal and external), to identify key learnings which can be applied to similar future issues that may occur. </li><li>Develop Quality Standards (best practice) for managing issues and/or dealing with unanticipated occurrences. </li><li>Support front line staff, travelling to destinations as required, in the development of dynamic risk assessments and to resolve operational issues as they arise. </li><li>Developing dynamic risk assessments that will enable the business to effectively prosecute the new revenue stream for chargeable home assessments.
