<p><strong><u>Description</u></strong></p><p>The operations supervisor oversees the day-to-day activities of the company to ensure that the company’s goals and objectives are met. The operations supervisor is responsible for ensuring that the daily operations of the company run smoothly and efficiently, while ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction. They must balance the needs of the company, the needs of the guests, and the demands of managing multiple properties at once. </p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Job Description</u></strong></p><p>Property Management: Overseeing the management of the properties in the company’s portfolio, which includes scheduling and supervising maintenance, cleaning, and renovations.</p><p><br></p><p>Vendor Relations: Managing relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure quality work and timely service.</p><p><br></p><p>Booking and Guest Experience Management: Overseeing the booking process and ensuring a high-quality guest experience. This might include handling guest inquiries, dealing with complaints, and ensuring that all properties are ready and welcoming for new guests.</p><p><br></p><p>Staff Supervision and Training: Supervising staff and potentially providing training or guidance. This may involve managing cleaners, maintenance personnel, and others involved in the preparation and maintenance of the properties.</p><p><br></p><p>Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring that all operations comply with local laws and regulations, including health and safety standards and short-term rental regulations.</p><p><br></p><p>Inventory Control: Overseeing inventory management for supplies and amenities for all rental properties.</p><p><br></p><p>Financial Management: Collaborating with financial teams to set budgets, monitor spending, and report on financial performance. They may also work on rent pricing strategies.</p><p><br></p><p>Process Improvement: Analyzing operational processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.</p><p><br></p><p>Reporting: Providing regular updates and reports to senior management about the status of properties, guest satisfaction, financial performance, etc.</p><p><br></p><p>Crisis Management: Dealing with any crises that might arise, such as property damage, guest issues, or unexpected vacancies.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Candidate Profile</u></strong></p><p>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic </p><p>Ability to multitask and work under pressure</p><p>Good time management skills</p><p>Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace</p><p>Good planning and organization skills</p><p>Problem-solving skills</p><p>Ability to work flexible shifts and on weekends</p><p>Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / Hospitality Management / Supply Chain</p>
