Your role will involve:
Join the incidence management PPAG Ops team to turn incidences in the order flow into stronger products and processes in the company, worldwide (US, Canada, Europe, Australia, New Zealand) Work closely to subject matter experts on our unique approach in the print market, to learn from them and create jaw dropping customer experiences in the printing industry, enabling the business escalation and outpacing competitors Identify systematic issues on products/orders, request the turn off of a given product when necessary, and prioritize the need to address what is not flowing as expected Speed up the diagnosis of issues experienced by our customers and provide support finding solutions around them. Work closely with other Vistaprint and Cimpress Technology Product Managers to improve their products based on the experience observed in the order flows

Experience using Jira Boards is welcome, although not a must have. Strong analytical thinking with attention to detail and ability to learn fast. Self-starter mindset, not-scared-to-fail attitude. Big thinking, ‘can do’ attitude, perseverance to conquer milestones, risk taker. Prior experience in the order management operational space. Experience in the ‘Customization of Products’ industry is most welcome. Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
