Space Fitness Solution Is hiring operations administrative assistant to join our team immediately
Job description:
- Acting as second-in-command to the manager, and taking care of all duties in their absence.
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Assisting the Manager with operational issues.
- Follow up Cargo delivery files and shipping arrangements
- Follow up on daily basis with Agents / suppliers and Clearances office.
- Coordinating and revising documents from suppliers / customers.
Requirements:
- BSc degree in business administration, or relevant field.
- 1-2 years previous experience in a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good at (Superb organizational skills – Analytical thinking – Outstanding interpersonal skills – Planning and time management skills)
- A willingness to learn.
- Excellent attention to details
- Analytical thinking & Time management
- Presentable
- Fluent in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Working conditions:
- Company Industry: Forwarding and Customs Clearance
- Location: Mohandessin.
- Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
