Job Scope:

The Operations Officer is accountable for processing purchases sales orders on a daily basis including the placement and tracking of orders, management of shipments and order fulfillment.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders for all products in compliance with the company’s policies and procedures;
  • Receive, review, acknowledge and place customer sales orders accurately and promptly on the ERP system;
  • Fulfill orders once released from credit;
  • Track shipments and update internal stakeholders on order backlogs and information;
  • Work with logistics, sales and credit teams to ensure order fulfillment in a timely manner;
  • Handle customer complaints in a timely manner and escalate issues when necessary;
  • Update sales reports as required and manage ad hoc requests as and when necessary;
  • Investigate product complaints and raise Return Material Authorization (RMA) request with Vendors;
  • Invoice software, services and licenses to customers following credit approval.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any other related field
  • Saudi Nationality
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience
