The Operations Manager plays a critical role in overseeing and managing the operational aspects of a digital printing company. They are responsible for ensuring smooth operations, addressing challenges, implementing strategies for growth and development, and optimizing efficiency. The Operations Manager should have strong problem-solving skills, decision-making abilities, and the ability to lead and develop a high-performing team.<p><br></p><strong><u>Responsibilities</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Problem-solving:</li><li>Identify and address obstacles and challenges that arise during operations, including issues related to employees, interdepartmental coordination, and B2B customer satisfaction.</li><li>Ensure quality assurance measures are in place to meet customer demands and expectations.</li><li>Implement pricing strategies and track sales, including purchase orders, to maintain control and accuracy</li><li> Inventory Management:</li><li>Establish and maintain strict control over inventory, tracking both incoming and outgoing materials.</li><li>Monitor and report any instances of waste, investigating the causes and implementing corrective actions.</li><li>Collaborate with the development team to address machine-related issues impacting inventory control.</li><li> Decision Making:</li><li>Make timely and informed decisions to address operational issues, ensuring minimal delays.</li><li>Utilize field experience and expertise to determine the best course of action for resolving challenges.</li><li> Team Structure and Development:</li><li>Recruit and hire qualified personnel to build a competent and reliable team.</li><li>Foster a culture of continuous improvement and multitasking abilities among team members.</li><li>Provide training and development opportunities to enhance the team’s skills and effectiveness.</li><li> Branch Work Distribution:</li><li>Establish clear structures and responsibilities for employees within branches.</li><li>Promote cross-training to ensure flexibility and self-sufficiency among employees.</li><li>Emphasize the importance of teamwork, self-improvement, and taking ownership of responsibilities.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>Qualifications And Skills</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.</li><li>Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the digital printing industry.</li><li>Excellent leadership and team-building abilities.</li><li>Analytical mindset and the ability to interpret data.</li><li>Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools.</li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.</li></ul><p><br></p>Candidate shall have experience in Machines Like Large format printers, DTG printing technology, DTF printing technology &amp;, etc.
