Job Description

  • Proven experience in commercial management and customer relation management
  • Good understanding of the management of the facilities management
  • FM / similar background – good working knowledge of soft services (housekeeping, pest control, waste Management , security , porter services etc.) ideally within schools or similar 

Skills

  • 10+ years’ experience of managing similar operation(s) and 5 years in GCC region
  • University Diploma/ Bachelor
  • Language – Both Language proficiency (Written & Spoken) is a MUST
  • IFMA, RICS, IMechE, IEE, BIFM, CIBSE, ICE or similar
