<br><p><span>Reporting to the Company Executive, the primary objective of this role is to manage the day-to-day operations of +5 branches, as well as Improve the quality of branches through process and business system improvement.</span></p><p><span>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</span></p><p><span>• Liaise with branch managers and front-line staffs to complete day to day operational tasks</span></p><p><span>• Identify and rectify any issues arised at operational level, any deviations to internal policy and procedures are reported on and addressed within timely manner.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span> • Work with branch manager to conduct interviews, candidate selections as well as staff performance review.</span></p><p><span>• Lead the team to continuously improve its performance and establish processes for good teamwork.</span></p><p><span>• Conduct Monthly Branch & Manager’s KPI review.</span></p><p><span>• Ensure the continual review, improvement and maintenance of operational activities to drive efficiency, service, safety, engagement and value within the operation.</span></p><p><span>• Other duties as assigned.</span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><span>Required qualifications, training, and track record:</span></p><p><span>• 5 years + </span><strong>Automotive</strong><span> industry experience is a must.</span></p><p><span>• Excellent leadership skill and advanced communication skills.</span></p><p><span>• Diploma qualification or above is preferred.</span></p><p><span>• Excellent time management skills and a keen eye for detail.</span></p><p><span>• Proactive in approaching any task at hand.</span></p><p><span>• Must be flexible with working hours and willing to travel if needed.</span></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p>
