  • Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to oversee all aspects of Fleet operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and expertise in fleet management, with a minimum of 12 years of experience and prior experience managing a fleet of at least 100 vehicles. As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient Fleet scheduling, effective Fleet maintenance and preventive maintenance programs, and smooth Fleet dispatching operations.
    Responsibilities:
    1. Monitor Daily Operations:
    – Supervise and monitor daily operations at the main station, including employee schedules, administrative and technical affairs.
    – Address observations and instructions to specialized personnel to ensure necessary actions are taken promptly.
    2. Maintenance Operations:
    – Monitor maintenance operations for all Fleetes operated by the company.
    – Collaborate with the technical departments to resolve any technical problems or issues that arise.
    3. Department Coordination:
    – Coordinate with various departments at the main station, including purchasing, warehouses, maintenance, washing, security, and employee affairs.
    – Ensure effective communication and collaboration between departments to optimize overall operational efficiency.
    4. Finance Department Collaboration:
    – Coordinate with the company’s finance department to procure necessary technical parts.
    – Monitor warehouse balances, outputs, and inputs to maintain adequate stock levels.
    – Collaborate with the finance department regarding maintenance matters related to company sites.
    5. Reporting:
    – Prepare monthly and annual reports on Fleet expenses and the procurement of necessary materials.
    – Provide detailed reports on operational performance and suggest areas for improvement.
    6. Operations and Traffic Management:
    – Monitor the operations and traffic department to ensure qualified staff are in place.
    – Assign drivers to Fleet in the transportation sectors, maximizing efficiency and minimizing costs.
    7. Strategic Planning:
    – Approve the annual plan for the main station, including strategic plans for required parts, Fleet replacement, purchases, and rebuilding.
    – Monitor preventive maintenance procedures, repairs, and external concerns to ensure compliance with industry standards.
    Requirements:
    – Minimum of 12 years of experience in fleet management, with prior experience managing a fleet of at least 100 vehicles.
    – In-depth knowledge of Fleet operations, scheduling, maintenance, and dispatching.
    – Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
    – Knowledge in automation systems or ERP is a plus.
    – Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
    – Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination between departments.
    – Proficient in analyzing data and preparing comprehensive reports.
    – Familiarity with financial aspects of maintenance and procurement.
    – Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
    – Knowledge of transportation and tourism sectors is a plus.
