We are hiring immediately for an <strong>Operations Manager</strong> – a role that is critical in making sure our customers get the electricity, heating and cooling they need.<p><br></p><strong>Why Aggreko?</strong> Here are some of the perks and rewards.<p><br></p><ul><li>Full-time position to be based in Riyadh, KSA</li><li>Competitive compensation package</li><li>Annual bonus program</li><li>Industry-leading benefit plans including medical and travel allowances</li><li>25 days Paid leave plus paid public holidays</li><li>Continuous training and development with career growth opportunities</li><li>Safety-focused culture </li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>What You’ll Do</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Manage the output of the Service &amp; Repair Centre to the defined quality, delivery &amp; cost targets and to the defined Best Operating Practices and ISO procedures.</li><li>Ensure the completion of repairs and overhauls on time, to standard and within agreed budgets for both specific repairs and overall department budgets</li><li>Ensure that all fleet assets, including third party purchases are supported by Standard Work Instructions with Standard Times for all planned activities, Service &amp; Operations Manuals, Bills of Materials and recommended spares holding levels.</li><li>Develop, publish and improve Key Performance Indicators</li><li>Define and implement re-manufacturing strategy in hubs/sites to defined quality standards, working closely with the regions.</li><li>Responsible for the disposal of Fixed Assets through sales or scrap upon end of life of units or in the event of non-standard or non-moving fleet items.</li><li>Responsible for the serialised Physical Assets Verification (twice yearly) exercises and ensures consistency of data in Movex and fixed asset registers.</li><li>Drive HSE issues through high personal involvement and visibility.</li><li>Develop strong working relationships and good communications with stakeholders</li><li>Audit and make recommendations that will ensure that all facilities are operated and maintained in line with the Company’s Global Service Centre Management Standards</li><li>Ensure adherence to safety practices and quality standards</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>We’re experts, which means you’ll have the following skills and experience:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/Electrical or equivalent qualifications</li><li>Minimum Five years of experience in Power generation or other related fields</li><li>Holding managerial role for the last 2-3 years</li><li>Has extensive knowledge and experience in mechanical or electrical field or both</li><li>Availability to travel as and when required</li><li>Possession of valid local Driving License as per the need of the business</li><li>Fluent command of English language, spoken and written</li><li>Experience in Service Mobility ERP System is desired</li><li>Ability to empathize and understand perspectives of others</li><li>Effective planning organizational and time management skills</li><li>To be able to communicate effectively with customers</li><li>High level of commitment and loyalty</li><li>Quality oriented with attention to details and capable of working to deadlines</li><li>Capable of working on his/her own initiative</li><li>Able to work long hours in demanding conditions</li></ul><p><br></p>We recruit the best talent.
