The role is responsible and accountable for growing the department to its full potential in conjunction with the Market Research Director.<p><br></p><strong>Roles and Responsibilities:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Manage daily operations of the MRD and its quantitative / qualitative research projects; including supervising or direct involvement with research . Design, Execution, Analysis, Deliverables preparation</li><li>Deadlines, budgets, quality of research and deliverables meet or exceed company standards</li><li>Review work of other division staff, provide constructive feedback, and provide approval before final editing</li><li>Manage and develop staff</li><li>Provide updates on progress against plan to the Management (Policies and procedures,Growth strategy,Staffing,Infrastructure requirements)</li><li>Make recommendations to improve product offering, service, and any other aspect of the division.
