Job Description
<strong><u>Project Management<br></u></strong><ul><li>Plan, organise, and manage Glazing façade Projects from start to finish, ensuring adhérence to Project scope, budget, and timeline. Develop project schedules, milestones, and work plans, and assign tasks to team members.</li><li>Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary.</li><li>Coordinate with internal departments, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.</li><li>Conduct regular project meetings and provide status updates to stakeholders. </li></ul> <strong>Team Leadership:<br></strong><ul><li>Supervise and guide a team of project engineers, technicians, and site personnel, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. </li><li> Assign responsibilities, provide training and mentorship, and evaluate team members performance.</li><li>Support the team in resolving technical challenges and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.</li><li>Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and professional development within the team. </li></ul> <strong>Client Relationship Management:<br></strong><ul><li>Serve as the main point of contact for clients during project execution, maintaining regular communication and addressing any concerns or issues. </li><li>Collaborate with clients to define project requirements, specifications, and design criteria.</li><li>Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering projects that meet or exceed client expectations</li><li>Develop and nurture long-term client relationships, identify opportunities for additional projects, and participate in business development activities. </li><li>Resource and Budget Management: </li><li>Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources. </li><li>Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure timely availability of materials and equipment. </li><li>Monitor project expenses, review invoices, and track project financials to ensure profitability. </li><li>Optimize resource allocation and productivity to achieve project goals within budgetary constraints. </li></ul> <strong>Quality and Safety Compliance:<br></strong><ul><li>Ensure compliance with industry standards, building codes, and safety regulations in all glazing facade projects.</li><li>Implement and enforce quality control procedures to deliver projects of the highest standards.</li><li>Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address any safety hazards or non-compliance issues. </li><li>Promote a culture of safety awareness and ensure that all team members follow established safety protocols.<br></li></ul>RequirementsEducation: Bachelors degree in civil engineering<br><br>Experience: Minimum of 6+ years of experience in same role.<br><br>Language: Hindi and English<br><br><strong><u>Other Requirements<br></u></strong><ul><li> Strong knowledge of glazing systems, façade engineering principles, and construction methodologies. </li><li>Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li> Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.</li><li>Strong leadership and team management abilities. </li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. </li><li>Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite. </li><li>Valid UAE driving license.<br></li></ul>
