The role is responsible for successfully managing relationships, ensuring trust and confidence are gained across the business and, where applicable, with franchisors.

 

The role is accountable for overseeing all business operations to ensure production efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources. Furthermore, strive to ensure that all budgetary targets set for the brand are met or exceeded.

Responsibilities:

  •  In collaboration with the General Manager_KSA, effectively lead the Operations team, collaborating with support functions within the business in order to provide input into developing the company’s business strategy within each assigned brand within KSA; ensuring that these are aligned to the company’s mission and objectives.
  • Empowered to make decisions on the day-to-day operational requirements of the business, consulting with the General Manager_KSA, as required.
  • Effectively promote revenue, profitability, and growth as an organization.
  • In line with the Board’s and General Manager KSA’s directions, plan, oversee, and manage the P&L for each assigned brand.
  • Ensure the resources are in place to meet the needs and operational success of the business.
  • Maintain active presence within each of the assigned stores, overseeing full compliance with QHSE and all company SOPS.
  • In collaboration with quality control, and where applicable, the franchisors, actively participate in brand management and control.
  • Working with the General Manager_KSA and HR, oversee the recruitment process
  • Manage and oversee the morale and culture of the company, ensuring that the welfare of its employees and customers is maintained to a high standard.
  • Performance Management and Succession Planning – Coach and mentor the team’s performance to uplift and enhance skills to develop future leaders within the business. 
  • Perform any other duties and responsibilities as designated by the general manager or the board.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Administration  or Hospitality and Management, is preferred 

Minimum Experience: 

  • 8+ years in Operations Management, 4 of which must be within KSA
  • Must have extensive knowledge and experience within the F&B industry
