<strong>Your Job</strong><p><br></p>Koch Engineered Solutions is seeking Operations Leader for middle east region. This individual will report to Regional Director and will lead Operations including Manufacturing, Quality, Project execution, Supply chain. He will work closely with engineering and process teams.<p><br></p><strong>Our Team</strong><p><br></p>The position will be part of Koch Engineered Solutions Equipment Technology &amp; Services team coordinating closely with EMEA operations leadership.<p><br></p><strong>What You Will Do</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Lead and foster a safety culture that values risk identification and personal ownership, through a principle based approach.</li><li>Develop and foster a collaborative environment that builds continuous learning culture. Lead and mentor employees to apply PBM® (Principled Based Management), consistent with our Guiding Principles.</li><li>Provide strategic and tactical leadership in the areas of safety, asset reliability, cost optimization, quality capability, productivity and strategic capital planning and execution.</li><li>Drive collaboration across all functions and capabilities</li><li>Develop operations capability that provides a long term competitive advantage in the market</li><li>Responsibly manage actions and resources entrusted to operations in a manner that respects the right of others</li><li>Develop and apply measures that ensure better outcomes for Equipment Technology &amp; Services team and our customers</li><li>Ensure clear financial results are shared throughout operations with action plans for continuous improvement</li><li>Ensure decision rights are understood and assigned at the right levels while holding team and individuals accountable for operating and reliability strategies.</li><li>Ensure organizational structure, succession plans and individual roles, responsibilities and expectations are aligned with mill and organizational tactical and strategic goals and maximize value for the company.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Background in technical engineering</li><li>Experience in operations including manufacturing capabilities for Oil &amp; gas within GCC</li><li>A strong understanding of the various manufacturing processes and techniques including Lean six sigma and other process improvement techniques will be beneficial</li><li>Cost management skills with strong focus on profitability approach, cost-saving opportunities, resource optimization</li><li>Strong EH&amp;S culture</li><li>Leadership exposure in leading and developing people</li><li>Adaptability to handle changing priorities, unforeseen challenges, and evolving business conditions.
