<p>We are currently seeking Customer Service Interns to join our organization. </p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Responsibilities:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Scrutinize and collect visa applications.</li><li>Handle customer inquiries personally or via email and telephone.</li><li>Manage cash and bank transactions with 100% accuracy.</li><li>Record and maintain application data with zero errors.</li><li>Ensure administration and logistics of passport delivery.</li><li>Adhere to standard operating procedures and manuals.</li><li>Inform applicants about Value Added Services and deliver them.</li><li>Encourage applicants to provide feedback on services.</li><li>Ensure completion of the entire process within the designated time.</li><li>Assist Deputy Manager/Operations Manager in executing the WB Project.</li></ul><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong><u>Requirements:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.</li><li>Excellent proficiency in English and Arabic, additional languages are advantageous.</li><li>Knowledge of customer service etiquette and practices.</li><li>Data entry and typing skills with attention to detail and accuracy.</li><li>Positive attitude, exemplary customer service, and maintenance of confidentiality.</li><li>Ability to work independently.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Salary:</u></strong></p><ul><li>3300-4300</li></ul><p></p>
