<strong><u>Position Overview<br><br></u></strong>To assist Operations team with Treaty Administration, Financial statements Administration and Accounts payable related work.<br><br><strong><u>Responsibilities<br></u></strong><ul><li>Treaty Administration</li><ul><li>Preparation of Treaty documentation and follow up on the complete process including functional approvals and follow up with clients.</li><li>Coordinate on treaty wording changes required in line with local business needs with Treaties and Legal team.</li><li>Administration</li><ul><li>For your specific treaty and / or client responsibility, provide administration data for input to accounting records, valuation systems and regulatory returns.</li><li>Specifically this will include but is not limited to the following:</li><ul><li>Processing of client statements. Processing files / data related to the receipt of reinsurance premiums, commissions, brokerage, and the co-ordination of claims processing with the CE&amp;ME Claims Administration Team, etc.</li><li>Allocation of cash funds received and disbursed to our clients, in our core administration systems in a timely and accurate manner.</li><li>Ensuring all incoming and outgoing files and cash are tracked and processed through to completion</li><li>Ensure OFAC and compliance controls are carried out within the required timeframes and in a timely and accurate manner.</li><li>Ensure month end deadlines are met. This includes working with both team colleagues and members of the wider CE&amp;ME Admin Operations Team as well as EMEA Finance and Valuations to ensure data can be processed in a timely and accurate manner to achieve this goal.</li></ul><li>Ensure administration processes and procedures are fully documented.</li><li>Maintain a professional and working relationship with clients, both internal and external.</li><li>Accounts Payable related work</li><ul><li>Invoice reconciliation</li><li>Vendor vetting.</li></ul></ul></ul><strong>Requirements<br></strong><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree</li><li>Based in Dubai, with proof of right of residence</li></ul></ul><strong>Company Overview<br><br></strong>Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated (NYSE: RGA) is a global industry leader specializing in life and health reinsurance and financial solutions that help clients effectively manage risk and optimize capital.
