What you will have to Do:
- The candidate will be responsible for to check reservations made into the hotels through B2B portal
- The candidate will be responsible for reconfirmations of bookings with hotels across the globe
- Communicating with hotels for reservations made into the system
- Need to assist Travel Agents for any query related booking
- Need to update the system and to Operations Team for confirmations received through hotels Desired Profile
- Ready to work in rotational shifts and week offs
- Should have 1 to 3 years of work experience in Travel Industry / BPO/ Client Support
- Good knowledge of Computers / Good knowledge in MS office Good in English communication skill
- Handling queries for Travel agents and customers
- Online reservation for Hotels
- Taking inbound Calls related to Hotel Reservations, Sight seen Seeing & Transfer
- Coordinating with suppliers for queries related to reservation.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- 2 Years of Experience in Travel & Tourism Industry
- Preference will be given to candidates with IATA course
- Client support & must have good communication skill in Arabic & English
