<p><strong>Job Overview:</strong><span> </span></p><p><br></p><p><span>The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for facilitating the coordination of projects, ensuring effective communication between team members, and supporting the smooth delivery of projects according to client expectations.</span></p><p><span>&nbsp;</span></p><p><span>This position requires exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a perfect understanding of the business processes.</span></p><p><span>&nbsp;</span></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Coordinate with the Translation Manager to ensure smooth communication and efficient workflow</li><li>Assist in developing work and implementation plans for projects </li><li>Support the operations team in delivering projects on time and allocate resources accordingly</li><li>M<span>anage the project pipeline efficiently</span></li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong><span> </span></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Translation, Information Systems, or any related field</li><li>0-1 years of professional experience in project coordination or a related role<span>.</span> Master’s degree is preferable</li><li>Strong organizational skills and ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and projects</li><li>Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal Arabic and English</li><li><span>Pr</span>oactive and detail-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team</li><li><span>S</span>trong willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies</li></ul><p><br></p><p><span>For those interested in applying please send your CV to </span>HR@surv-translation.com</p>
