<p>At Flex Living, we believe renting a home should be as easy as buying an item from Amazon, that means ensuring our guests have an abundance of choice and flexibility to cancel if their plans change. We aim to help landlords stop paying excessive management fees, and help renters live and work comfortably anywhere in the world. </p><p><br></p><p>Since our launch in 2019, we have doubled in size every six months, and have already launched Flex Living in multiple cities around the world. You鈥檒l be joining us during a very exciting stage of development within our company.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>About The Role:</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong> </strong>Our Talent Acquisition Manager will focus on the company鈥檚 overall vision and help create long-term strategies to attract and retain top talent for the team. We are looking for a bright and enthusiastic individual to join our fast-growing team and assist with:</p><p> </p><p>路 Overseeing end-to-end recruitment, providing world-class candidate experiences from first contact to day one on the job</p><p>路 Partnering with hiring managers and providing coaching throughout the hiring process.</p><p>路 Being the point of contact for all candidates from sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and offer stages.</p><p>路 Proactively reaching out to potential candidates.</p><p>路 Working closely with the founders to set a hiring strategy and find suitable candidates for the jobs advertised.</p><p>路 Taking initiatives to iterate and improve recruitment processes.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>About You:</strong></p><p><strong> </strong></p><p>We are looking for someone with the following skills:</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>路 High level of emotional intelligence</p><p><br></p><p>路 Drive to build and improve systems.</p><p>路 2 years of experience working in internal recruitment for a fast-moving and dynamic company ideally for tech, property, or operations teams</p><p>路 2-5 years of experience working on a people, recruiting, or sales team</p><p>路 Experience building outbound recruitment pipelines.</p><p>路 Comfortable reaching out to potential candidates and building relationships for future hiring.</p><p>路 A customer-centric approach to solving problems and providing best-in-class service.</p><p>路 Desire and motivation to build.</p><p>路 Extremely organised, great at managing time, and able to handle multiple priorities.</p><p>路 Experience in launching and managing key recruiting strategies to solve operational challenges.</p><p> </p><p><br></p><p>This is a remote-based role with working hours from 9 am (GMT) to 6 pm (GMT). </p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>Salary: [$600 – $900 depending on experience]</p>
