<strong>Position Summary</strong><p><br></p>The operations and maintenance supervisor in addition to evaluate the work to be done and perform some maintenance duties, manages a team of technician.<p><br></p><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Ensure maintenance team are competent and able to carry out maintenance activities as per requirements; provide feedback to Contract Manager with a skill development program. </li><li>Ensure all activities are carried out as per plan</li><li>Ensure all maintenance/troubleshooting are carried out as per OMM and industry best practices; lead the maintenance team at the event of critical failures. </li><li>Coordinate with HSE officer and work in collaboration; ensure maintenance team complies with HSE policies and procedure. </li><li>Support Contract Manager in preparing and developing QC documents (Form, Checklist, PPM Plan, reports etc.) </li><li>Ensure all the log and service request are registered in CAFM/EAMS (Maximo). </li><li>Check quality of work being completed by technicians. </li><li>Escalate any critical issue to Contract Manager and relevant stakeholder/department. </li><li>As member of the team perform maintenance tasks also</li></ul>
