<p><strong>Role: </strong>Operations and Events Executive</p><p><strong>Start date:</strong> August 2023</p><p><strong>Package:</strong> AED 13,000-AED 15,000 + visa + annual air ticket allowance + health insurance</p><p><br></p><p><strong>The Role</strong></p><p><strong> </strong></p><p>We are searching for a driven and highly organised Operations and Events Executive with a ‘can-do’ attitude to support with influencer events planning and seeding campaigns in Saudi Arabia and the UAE.</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p>● Support implementing event plans and concepts for Saudi Arabia and the UAE market;</p><p>● Prepare budget;</p><p>● Liaise and negotiate with vendors;</p><p>● Handle logistics and travel arrangements;</p><p>● Support organizing events in Saudi Arabia and the UAE;</p><p>● Obtain event permits;</p><p>● Assist in gifting campaigns/product deliveries to influencers;</p><p>● Liaise with influencers and collect contact details;</p><p>● Production of presentations, reports and other material required;</p><p>● Monitor influencer campaign coverage on social media.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><p>● 4-years’ minimum experience in events and operations role</p><p>● Able to travel to Saudi Arabia</p><p>● Fluent in Arabic</p><p>● Willing to work weekends or evenings when needed</p><p>● Problem solver</p><p>● Strong team player</p><p>● Tech savvy</p><p>● Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)</p><p>● Hardworking and reliable</p><p>● Excellent organisational skills and ability to multitask</p><p>● Strong attention to detail</p><p>● Proactive with a positive attitude</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>If you are interested in this role, please apply via filling up the form:</p><p>https://forms.gle/SSYVYDEithTswkpn9</p>
