Job Description
<p> Responsible for the availability of adequate resources to carry out the business activities.</p><p> Development and preparation of annual business plans and budget.</p><p> Supervise and monitor the qualification and performance of personnel involved in the business activities.</p><p> Distribute the tasks to the relevant personnel taking into account the impartiality measures.</p><p> Ensure business activities are performed in a timely manner and within the business principles and procedures of the Company, Statutory and regulatory entities.</p><p> Responsible in ensuring to meet Company’s key performance indices in all aspects of the business activities.</p><p> Take necessary action and recovery plans for identified departures from Company goals, principles and procedures.</p><p> Responsible for continuous business growth & development, achievement of better brand recognition and financial growth.</p><p> Reviewing current market trends and proposing new business ideas to improve revenue.</p>
