Onshore Engineering Lead

<strong>Responsibilities</strong><p><br></p>Manage Project/BU Onshore Engineering;<p><br></p>Verify engineering deliverables meet requirements, industry standards, and customer specifications;<p><br></p>Maintain engineering interfaces with partners, clients, 3rd parties, and regulators;<p><br></p>Execute engineering projects safely, quality-compliantly, and on time and budget;<p><br></p>Build a strong engineering team by recruiting candidates to accomplish business growth<p><br></p>Oversee the Engineering team and all disciplines;<p><br></p>Promote safety culture and ensure operation always follows safety rules;<p><br></p>Align Engineering team with BU/Project HSE goals;<p><br></p>Manage Engineering deliverables efficiently;<p><br></p>Manage and inspect technical/engineering documentation;<p><br></p>Engineer meetings;<p><br></p>Close coordination with onshore team;<p><br></p>Help project and planning teams build project plans and ensure the project is implemented on time, on budget, and within scope;<p><br></p>Analyze technical drawings, update specifications, and estimate elevation costs to provide construction budgets;<p><br></p>Manage various discipline projects, oversee fieldwork, and manage daily subcontractors;<p><br></p>Ensure compliance with codes, processes, QA/QC policies, performance requirements, and specifications;<p><br></p>Coordinate project estimating and timeline with estimation team; Submit all essential documentation with bills to client/owner representative and sign off completion certificates;<p><br></p>Maintain project Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) to organize and monitor project work scope; Perform other job-related activities as required.<p><br></p><strong>Qualifications</strong><p><br></p>Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, marine, or similar engineering.<p><br></p>15 years of Project Engineering experience from top construction companies<p><br></p>MS Office, AutoCAD, and engineering software skills<p><br></p>Fluent in English.<p><br></p>Mechanical, structural, and SURF knowledge
