<strong><strong><strong><strong>Job Description Summary</strong></strong></strong> </strong>Job Description SummaryThe On Wing Support Technician will provide quick-turn aircraft engine maintenance and field services.<p><br></p>In the On Wing Support Technician role, you will provide engine troubleshooting, field repairs and line maintenance while developing positive relationships with customers through outstanding customer awareness.<strong> <strong>Job Description</strong> </strong><p><br></p><strong><u>Roles And Responsibilities</u></strong><p><br></p>Role Summary:<p><br></p>The On Wing Support Technician will provide quick-turn aircraft engine maintenance and field services.<p><br></p>In the On Wing Support Technician role, you will provide engine troubleshooting, field repairs and line maintenance while developing positive relationships with customers through outstanding customer awareness.<p><br></p>Key activities are performed in On Wing Support workshop, where On Wing Support Technician will be part of Quick Turn Engine team.<p><br></p><strong><u>Essential Responsibilities</u></strong><p><br></p>As the On Wing Support Technician, you will :<p><br></p><ul><li>Take ownership for and follow through on full scope of work tasks and projects;</li><li>Inform and Focus the needs of customers;</li><li>Build customer relationships through good communication skills and understanding of customer perspectives;</li><li>Make sure all technical activities are performed with respect to highest level of Quality and Safety;</li><li>Focus on LEAN improvements; </li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>Qualifications / Requirements</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li> English language, secondary education and over 21 year old; </li><li> Human Factors in Aviation Maintenance and Air Legislation (Part 66 Module 9 &10) training; </li><li> Degree/Diploma/Certificated course in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering/Aeronautical Engineering / Part 66 license / A&P; </li><li> Proven experience record from MRO organization in last 2 years; </li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>Additional Requirements</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Eighteen months documented aircraft gas turbine engine maintenance experience;</li><li>Six months documented aircraft gas turbine engine maintenance experience in last 2 years;</li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>Eligibility Requirements</u></strong><p><br></p>Ability and willingness to travel on short notice to domestic and international air locations for engine maintenance tasks.<p><br></p><strong><u>Desired Skills / Experience</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Approach work with a βcan-doβ attitude and a sense of commitment to both team and customer objectives;</li><li>Prior Co-op or internship experience within On Wing Support;</li><li>Strong communication skills and problem solving ability are a must;</li><li>Possess a desire to learn and grow with advances in technology;</li><li>New generation aircraft engines experience and knowledge;</li><li>Line maintenance, engine changes, module removal & installation, or LRU removals and installations;</li><li>Demonstrated quality, compliance and customer satisfaction skills;</li><li>LEAN mindset and improvement drive;</li><li>Attention on details and quality/safety focus;</li><li>Humble: respectful, receptive, agile, eager to learn;</li><li>Transparent: shares critical information, speaks with candor, contributes constructively</li><li>Focused: quick learner, strategically prioritizes work, committed </li><li>Leadership ability: strong communicator, decision-maker, collaborative</li><li>Problem solver: analytical-minded, challenges existing processes, critical thinker</li><li>Strong oral and written communication, persuasive and presentation skills, including executive-level communication</li><li>Strong external focus, keeping abreast of global, geopolitical, and emerging risks</li></ul><strong> <strong><strong><strong>Additional Information</strong></strong></strong> </strong><p><br></p><strong>Relocation Assistance Provided: </strong>Yes
