The company was founded on May 29, 1933 and is headquartered in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.</p> <p><strong>Job Summary</strong></p> <p>Performs various high level safety/operations/maintenance duties in an Oil Operations organization. Generally, these duties include plantwide safety coordination, operations representation and technical support of special programs.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop and coordinate the organization’s safety program, including reviewing operations and maintenance safety procedures, investigating plant incidents and near misses, and recommending improved procedures. Maintain safety performance records and statistics.</li> <li>Review proposals and designs for new installations to ensure efficient, safe, and economical operation and maintenance.</li> <li>Review new facilities during the construction phase to verify they align with the design and project objectives. Initiate corrective action if necessary.</li> <li>Assist in the commissioning and start-up of new plants and facilities.</li> <li>Review and investigate the performance of individual plants to identify problems or potential issues. Develop and recommend corrective courses of action.</li> <li>Perform various maintenance technical functions, such as job planning, scheduling, troubleshooting, and providing technical advice on repair techniques.</li> <li>Assist in the preparation and/or review of operating and maintenance general instructions.</li> <li>Provide technical consultation and prepare special studies on operational and maintenance problems and concerns as required by management.</li> <li>Assist in the development and training of operations and maintenance personnel in Saudi Arabia.</li><br></ul> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>This role required candidate to permanently relocate at Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.</strong></li> <li>Completion of English (ERW) and Maths (MI) at ITC or equivalent in other school systems.</li> <li>15+ years of progressively responsible experience in oil operations and plant maintenance, including supervisory experience.</li> <li>Experience in Loss Prevention activities is highly desirable.</li> <li>Alternatively, a BA/BS degree along with 7+ years of experience in the oil operations or maintenance field.</li></ul>
