The company was founded on May 29, 1933 and is headquartered in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.</p> <p><strong>Job Summary</strong></p> <p>Upstream Support Division/ Upstream Operational Analytics Group (UOAG) requires an ENGINEER to deliver the following primary activity sets (representative and not inclusive):</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Upstream BL Operational Metrics:</p> <ul> <li>Managing and tracking the Upstream BL Operational Metrics and AAs Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).</li> <li>Reviewing and measuring Upstream BL Operational Metrics, Scorecards &amp; KPIs to ensure accuracy of Upstream BL data.</li> </ul> </li> <li> <p>Industrial Benchmarking &amp; Trends Analysis:</p> <ul> <li>Conducting Industrial Benchmarking &amp; Trends Analysis studies, business cases, and project proposal reports.</li> <li>Monitoring International Market Trends (news highlights &amp; technologies).</li> </ul> </li> <li> <p>Technology and Digital Coordination:</p> <ul> <li>Working with organizations at all levels to coordinate activities related to Digital Transformation and other required interfaces with the IT organization.</li> </ul> </li> <li> <p>Risk Management:</p> <ul> <li>Coordinating and consolidating the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) process within Upstream BL.</li> <li>Serving as the risk coordinator for the BL, consolidating and reporting business risks for the Upstream BL.</li> </ul> </li> <li> <p>Special Projects and Ad Hoc Reports:</p> <ul> <li>Analyzing periodic performance and preparing management reports using plan, actual, and forecast data to enable effective performance management.</li> <li>Completing ad hoc report requests from management and following up on action items.</li> </ul> </li><br></ul> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>This role required candidate to permanently relocate at Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.</strong></li> <li>MSc or PhD in Petroleum Engineering or Computer Science.</li> <li>Engineering analysis skills, such as analyzing information and promoting process improvement.</li> <li>Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in written form, in English.</li> <li>Providing analytical findings and recommendations related to upstream operations.</li> <li>Demonstrating abilities in problem analysis and resolution.</li> <li>Ability to develop and implement strategies to elevate the quality of work.</li> <li>Experience in the Oil and Gas industry and/or Upstream.</li> <li>Skills in developing and rolling out performance initiatives, including benchmarking, risk management, processes, and workflows.</li> <li>Skills in training young professionals and creating training programs.</li></ul>
