Position: Offshore Construction Supervisor<p><br></p>Location: Offshore Doha<p><br></p>Start Date: 01-July-2023<p><br></p>End Date: 31-Dec-2025<p><br></p>ACTIVITIES<p><br></p>HSE<p><br></p>Adhere to HSE policy, contributes to meeting the HSE objectives of the E&amp;C.<p><br></p>Participate to the preparations of the offshore construction activities with the Project Team :<p><br></p>To plan the works in accordance to prioritization agreed with the Construction Lead, based<p><br></p>on emergency, safety, production and future development critical needs.<p><br></p>To participate to the risk analysis as required for the good performance of the works.<p><br></p>To participate to detailed design reviews with the Engineering Department of E&amp;C to ensure<p><br></p>the constructability and hookability aspects of the works.<p><br></p>To check the constructability aspects of the deliverables (Work packs) provided by<p><br></p>the Engineering.<p><br></p>To participate in HAZID’s and Risk Assessments when required.<p><br></p>Ensures the Job Safety Analyses are prepared timely for validation by the OIM<p><br></p>Work Preparation<p><br></p>Participates in Construction Kick Off and preparation meetings.<p><br></p>Participates in and contributes to meetings and workshops related to preparation as required.<p><br></p>To assist FOP with preparation of isolation plans and related material requirements.<p><br></p>To coordinate production &amp; approval of lifting plans.<p><br></p>Ensures required procedures are prepared and available prior starting the works offshore.<p><br></p>Identify requirement for external services and coordinate the mobilization with onshore Construction Coordinators.<p><br></p>To prepare the Permit To Works.<p><br></p>Logistics, materials, contracts<p><br></p>Ensures equipment, materials, consumables and spares are defined / identified in the Work Orders. Tracks<p><br></p>their availability status with the assistance of the Material Coordinator.<p><br></p>Ensures mobilization of materials, equipment and personnel is achieved as per plan.<p><br></p>Planning<p><br></p>Provides support to the Project Engineers and/or Construction Coordinators with the preparation of construction plans and job cards estimations.<p><br></p>Inputs to the Level 4 schedule inclusive of the mobilization and demobilization of all offshore personnel, materials and equipment.<p><br></p>Provides input and participates as required in 5 year to 4 month campaign planning cycle including development of work lists.<p><br></p>Ensures that manpower and accommodation requirements (labor, supervision, contractors and<p><br></p>equipment specialists) are forecast and implemented.<p><br></p>Execution<p><br></p>Conducts daily safety tours, tool box talk audits and ensures all safety issues are reported through site management in a timely manner.<p><br></p>To manage the Permit To Works.<p><br></p>Personally leads offshore Construction Teams to ensure safe and timely implementation and execution.<p><br></p>Reports progress daily and escalates blockers immediately to ensure critical path is maintained.<p><br></p>To communicate on daily basis with the FOP entity offshore (OIM, OTL, …) with regards to the works ongoing for E&amp;C Construction activities.<p><br></p>To ensure that the resources and organisation from Contractor are adequate with regards to the workload.<p><br></p>To review and sign-off contractors timesheets.<p><br></p>To co-ordinate with QA leader for all quality matters. (Inc sign off of MC packages).<p><br></p>To deliver a consistent dossier (precom/com dossiers, red-mark-up drawings, …) to the E&amp;C Commissioning<p><br></p>Supervisor and/or Construction Engineer Coordinator for the offshore construction activities.<p><br></p>To assist the offshore Commissioning Team as needed.
